Psalm 29:11

“The Lord gives strength to his people; the Lord blesses his people with peace.”

Life can be demanding, and there are moments when our strength feels completely drained. Responsibilities pile up, challenges persist, and the weight of it all can leave us feeling weary. Psalm 29:11 gently reminds us that God never intended for us to rely on our own strength alone. He is the source of true strength, freely given to His people.

Whatever challenges you are facing today, remember that the Lord is your strength and your peace. Lean on Him, rest in His promises, and allow His presence to renew you.

“यहोवा अपनी प्रजा को बल देता है; यहोवा अपनी प्रजा को शांति का आशीष देता है।”

जीवन में कई बार ऐसे पल आते हैं जब हमारी अपनी शक्ति कम पड़ने लगती है।

जिम्मेदारियाँ बढ़ जाती हैं, समस्याएँ थका देती हैं, और मन बोझिल हो जाता है।

ऐसे समय में भजन संहिता 29:11 हमें याद दिलाता है कि हमें अपनी सामर्थ्य पर निर्भर नहीं रहना है, बल्कि प्रभु पर भरोसा रखना है। वही हमारी सच्ची शक्ति का स्रोत है।

प्रभु जो शक्ति देता है, वह केवल शारीरिक नहीं होती, बल्कि मन, आत्मा और हृदय को संभालने वाली शक्ति होती है।

यह हमें कठिन परिस्थितियों में स्थिर रहने, विश्वास में बने रहने और हार न मानने की सामर्थ्य देती है। जब हम कमजोर महसूस करते हैं, तब प्रभु की शक्ति हमें संभाल लेती है।

इसके साथ ही प्रभु अपनी प्रजा को शांति का आशीष भी देता है।

यह शांति परिस्थितियों पर निर्भर नहीं होती, बल्कि परमेश्वर की उपस्थिति से आती है। यह वह शांति है जो चिंता, भय और व्याकुलता के बीच भी हमारे हृदय को स्थिर रखती है।

जब हम प्रभु पर भरोसा करते हैं, तो वह हमारी कमजोरी को अपनी शक्ति से और हमारी बेचैनी को अपनी शांति से बदल देता है। वह हमारी हर आवश्यकता को जानता है और समय पर हमें संभालता है।

आज आप जिस भी परिस्थिति से गुजर रहे हों, याद रखें कि प्रभु आपकी शक्ति और आपकी शांति है। उस पर भरोसा रखें और उसके वचनों में विश्राम पाएं।
